The space
Villa with garden in Lucca, located in green countryside distant just 900m. from old downtown and its famous Walls (“Le Mura”). Externally renewed in 2021.
The house is on two floors, covering an area of approx. of 180 square meters.
On the ground floor, entirely tiled in terracotta (“Cotto Toscano”), there´s a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, and bright lounge with access to garden, large double bedroom and bathroom.
On the first floor, tiled with wooden floor, there are three very spacious double bedrooms, one triple room (all of them with air conditioning system) and a large bathroom with tub.

All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

A wide porch furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds will allow you to enjoy the mild climate of Tuscany, starting from early months of spring. In the large well-maintained garden (300 square meters) there are barbecue and wood-oven, between olive trees and birches. The garden can be exclusively accessed by our guests and protects their privacy with tall trees and thick hedges. An above ground Pool (1.22 m depth x 4.88 m diameter) is installed during the period 15 May - 30 September.
Baby cod and baby high chair available. Upon request we can provide bicycles. A charger for electric cars is available for free.

Guest access
The whole Villa is at our guests' disposal. The garden will be of their exclusive use and the privacy is garanteed.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family trip!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family trip! It was more than big enough for 6 adults. The hosts were on site, and they were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the outdoor dining space and the pool, and the setting was quite beautiful. There is a grocery store and a bus stop nearby as well as a few restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend!

If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t think twice - just do it. It was exactly what we wanted. They were quick to respond and came over to help almost immediately when requested. Pool was clean. Lots of space to relax and unwind. Close to bud route and old wall. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed. Every one of the 11 of us agreed we would come back to this exact house if we did another trip here.

Lovely house

Lovely house. There was 7 of us 5 adults and 2 kids and wasnt over crowded so much space, pool in the garden was brillinat. Great location just across the road from a super market and a lidl 5 to 10 mins walk away. Its a 15 minuet walk to wall, if you have little ones, it can take a little longer. Paths are narrow in some places. We had a 2 and 3 year old with us but had no issues. can be a busy road at times so make sure you use the crossings . Lucca it's self was beautiful, would love to come back. Riccardo, was helpful managed to let us check in earlier than expected and came back on questions quickly. highly recommend

Great place for a large group.

Great place for a large group. The swimming pool was a bonus as the temperature climbed to 42 degrees . Upstairs rooms had air conditioning while the downstairs bedroom had a large fan

Lovely house on the outskirts of Lucca,

Lovely house on the outskirts of Lucca, spacious and well equipped. About 15 minute walk to Lucca but there is a bus stop virtually right outside. Supermarket directly opposite and some pizza restaurants close by. Very peaceful location with a lovely garden and pool. Riccardo was very easy to communicate with and always very responsive to any questions I had.
