Vishal

A lovely place for a family/group to stay. Plenty of room, local restaurants, nearby to train station (15min walk) so no car needed. Hot water always available for showers. WiFi was only in one room mainly, but that wasn't an issue. Was nice to be offline mostly and enjoy the villa. Will definitely recommend and come back again. Grazie!

Fantastic manor house

Fantastic manor house. Incredibly gorgeous loggia to spend all our time in. Beautiful gardens and pool. Great access to the train for a short trip to Florence. We had the perfect stay in this amazing place.

Our stay at Massimo's villa was an unforgettable experience

Our stay at Massimo's villa was an unforgettable experience. I traveled with three others and it was all of our first times in Italy. We loved the history of the estate, the local restaurants and close proximity to Florence. I really appreciated all of Massimo's help planning parts of our trip prior to our arrival; however once we were there, he was hard to reach and Margaux was the person that responded when we had questions. The villa had a beautiful patio that we found relaxing after a long day. It is shared but the family next door was very friendly. The pool was not too far away but was a walk uphill. There was a corner store/bar we were able to get some supplies from but otherwise we had to book a driver to take us to the grocery store. Since we did not rent a car, we relied on the train everyday and it was definitely convenient having two stations in the area. Make note of only one of the bedrooms having AC and unreliable WiFi. Lastly, check out Da Enrico's for amazing food!

Lovely old villa with a rich history.

Lovely old villa with a rich history. Large bedrooms, nice shared swimming pool between olive trees. Located near the river Arno and hilly forest
