Description
The villa is located in a quiet area, the sea can be reached in minutes on foot, it has a large private garden and space for parking two cars, on the back of the house there is a space equipped with masonry barbecue, a wooden canopy where you can eat outdoors; the front of the house has a large veranda with garden armchairs.
The space
On the ground floor: kitchen, dining and living room and a bathroom, the wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a larger shower cubicle and bathtub. Two bedrooms and the largest bathroom have a balcony. from the living room you go down to the basement, a large room with fireplace where there are two single beds.

Pleasant two-under-a-cap house to stay at normal temperatures. There's no air conditioning, only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. So at higher temperatures you have to love the heat.

short walk to the beach and restaurants and with the provided bicycles even a good spot for the train station Viareggio, where all trains to lucca,pisa Florence depart.

Very beautiful place
Very beautiful place, quiet and peaceful. Nice to bike between the house, the beach, shops and restaurants. Worth noting that the free beach is a small bike ride from the house.
