The space
The Maremma is a striking land that stretches between the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea and Tuscany’s rolling hills. Among its most exclusive locations is the Silver Coast (Argentario), famous for its crystal-clear waters and wild nature. Beaches like Cala del Geso and our own Cantoniera beach, 10 minutes stroll are fantastic. Our bay is 10 seconds WALK from the house and is great too and all yours any time of the day :)
Included in your stay is the free use of two limited edition Budweiser beach cruisers (Bikes) to use on the pedestrian walkway to Porto Santo Stefano.

Thanks to a mild climate, the Maremma and the Argentario offer a wide choice of activities that can be enjoyed not only during the summer, but throughout the year. We have only a few minutes from our door the start of some fantastic hikes up to the top of Monte Argentario, to Fort Pozzarello and over to Porte Ercole too-walkers paradise. The lagoon of Orbetello is internationally famous for wildlife, with more flamingoes than tourists for 3 seasons of the year.

Our Villa is located between Orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano in Pozzarello, on the sea and local road to Porto Santo Stefano. It offers a strategic location, with quick access to all- for those wishing to visit local attractions as well as art cities like Rome (140 km), Siena (120 km), Florence (180 km) and Pisa (200 km). It is a light, breezy space with modern details spaced on two floors over 1500 square feet.

Each floor has it's own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchen ensuring a high standard of privacy in each sleeping area. 8 people can sleep here very comfortably with everyone on high-end mattresses. There are two pull out sofas in addition if you need them that sleep an extra 4 people. The house is great for larger groups but also perfect for families with children, more than one family or couples traveling together, or simply a group of 3 or 4 friends who each want their own private space and room to spread out.

The house includes two well appointed kitchens and two full bathrooms. Both main rooms have flat screen TVs with basic channels, and brand new air conditioning in each room for hotter or cooler days.

Let's take a walk through.....

You arrive to your home using the private drive that is shared with the Hotel Baia d'Argento, Pozzarello. The hotel is on your left the Villa on the right. You have ample parking right outside the gate which is really convenient. The garden is securely gated and fenced, open the gate and enter the sweet, well kept garden. The big pine tree shades well in the summer covering the hammocks, bbq and patio, letting you eat all together in the shade with the view and peace. There is a beautiful antique pink marble table allowing you all to be seated for all your important meals and family discussions.
- The first door you arrive to, is the ground floor which has a fully opening sliding triple patio door leading to a cool spacious living room and full kitchen. Leading to the back is a brand new full bathroom with bath tub and the very spacious Tramontana room with a king bed, and tonnes of hidden draw space for all your clothes. A full mattress sofa bed can also easily be pulled out to sleep an additional two guests. This space is great for grandparents, or young families (all one level) with lots of space and a great relaxing vibe.

- One flight of stairs up on the second level, to the entrance of the second floor, with an ample balcony-from where you can have breakfast or dinner and take in the breathtaking view of the bay. Open the double patio door which leads into the cheerful living/dining area and main kitchen. Along with a comfy sofa/day bed that sleeps two, there is a flat screen tv and dvd player. The kitchen is generously equipped for you to prepare any meal you can imagine, making it easy for you to take advantage of your proximity to the world-famous food markets in Porto Santo Stefano. Buy fish straight from the fisherman themselves and grill to your hearts' content. If you like fish, this is the right place to come- it really doesn't get any fresher. Hire a boat for the day and catch your own too :)
- The bedrooms: we have to the right the Saturnia Spa room, with a local artist installation made from the volcanic pebbles from Saturnia's UNESCO hot spring- one of the areas best kept secrets. The second bedroom- Maestrale has two double bed bunk beds- which sleeps 4. The bathroom on this floor is brand new and the shower floor is finished with local pebbles.

In the service room , under the balcony where there are full laundry facilities.

We have surrounded the villa with a fenced and private garden. We love dogs and with prior arrangement are happy to make an exception. Just make sure they don't snuggle on the sofas and beds, ready for our next guests.

Guest access
The villa is surrounded by a fenced, private garden it is about 50m2. You have sun on the back patio until it drops behind the hills at 6pm. Really pretty. You have very convenient parking right in front of the gate, so that's handy for gear. The beach is 15 seconds away and if you mention my name the beach clubs will give you a good day rate to hire beds and an umbrella. Happy to share all the best places to hang and people watch.

Easy to get to, just put in Hotel Baia d'Argento, Porto Santo Stefano or Casa HC in yournavigation and take a left after the hotel and its the yellow villa on your right #23. Awesome for doing what you feel like. Gated and super safe area especially great for kids and dogs alike.

Rent a boat, sail, go to Giglio, take a hike, ride our bikes or just kick back sunbathe and snorkel :)

Other things to note
The health, safety and wellbeing of all guests, has always been and will continue to be our number one priority.

We have developed a comprehensive, enhanced cleanliness and sanitation plan that consists of added precautionary measures throughout all aspects of the guest experience.

OUR ENHANCED CLEANING PLAN:
*Double the time to clean between groups of guests using cleaning products that are very effective.

*Physical distancing between team and guests, with self check in only and all interaction online or by phone

*Staff will also continue to receive training on global standards of sanitation.

We have two small kids, who come and go as they please to the beach and potter in the garden and we all walk to the next bay and snorkel. It works really well if you don't want to drive ALL the time. It is on the main road though.

Can train it easy to Rome or site see to Siena and Chianti shire in 45 mins :) The list goes on....

Michela was a fantastic host.

Michela was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. From restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc., she put together a great handbook. Everything just like in the description - we especially enjoyed the lower couch lounge, as well as the small beach right in front of the house. The kitchens are also equipped with everything you need. The street we are open to Michaela communicates a little loud but didn't bother us any further. For strong coffee users, I recommend taking a Bialetti or the like. Otherwise, there are capsule coffee machines. Thank you Michela, we will be happy to come back to Monte Argentario ♥️

We had a great time

We had a great time, the villa is very cozy and comfortable, with a very large and well furnished outdoor space. Well-equipped house, clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Everything was perfectly functional. Michela was always very helpful and ready to help and recommend. Easy access to Pozzarello beach a short walk from the villa. The only drawback could be the noise due to the passage of cars on the street next to the house.

Lovely stay in this villa,

Lovely stay in this villa, which exceeded our expectations by giving us 5 unforgettable days. Michela's descriptions are perfect, the house is much more beautiful and well laid out than they appear in the photos. Fantastic sea view location, the only drawback is the proximity of Via Aurelia, very busy in summer. Pozzarello beach just a few steps away, the pedestrian crossing provided by the tunnels to get to the other coves and Porto Santo Stefano is very convenient. Michela was always very available for our every need, Lucia was also very kind and we found a super clean and tidy house. We'll be back.
