Villa Stella, seafront with beach walking distance

Description

Villa Stella is made of stones & beautiful windows with a gorgeous view on the sea. It is very romantic and is located along one of the most beautiful stretches of Monte Argentario coast. It has a very nice garden. The place is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing with a wonderful view on sea and islands. You can enjoy gorgeous sunsets. The beach is just at 20’ walking distance . The sea is beautiful (turquoise!) and the beach is ideal for sun bathing and snorkeling.

The space
The villa was designed by my parents, architects who are passionate about nature and the sea (they also designed Villa Luna adjacent to it) and is organized as follows:
- two double rooms
- a small room with 2 bunk beds,
- large living room with fireplace + 1 pouf with an extra bed
- dining area
- kitchen,
- two bathrooms,
- beautiful garden with veranda for outdoor dining,
- private parking for three cars
The villa is in a complex of two contiguous villas: Villa Stella and Villa Luna (see drawing at the end of the photos), but allowing full privacy (no shared spaces). You can see the drawing in the photo gallery.
From the villa you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea of the Tuscan Archipelago (West orientation)!
Villa Stella is located in one of the most beautiful places of Argentario: the condominium of Cala del Gesso. From the Villa you can walk to the small beach of the bay, famous for its turquoise colors and the small pebble beach surrounded by rocks.
The sea can be reached in about 20 minutes with a walk of about 700 meters and a difference in height of 140 meters. The path downhill / uphill is not suitable for very elderly or disabled people. The beach is free and without establishments.
The nearest bar/restaurant is 1 km from the Villa and the nearest town (Porto Santo Stefano) is 7 km away.
In 30 minutes by car you can easily reach the lively towns of Orbetello and Porto Ercole, full of stores and restaurants, or the beautiful sandy beaches of Feniglia and Giannella, where there are both free stretches and pleasant establishments.
The area around the Villa is so called Monte Argentario, or shortly Argentario. It is the top place where to go to enjoy a beautiful sea in Tuscany, not too far from Rome or Florence.
The landscape is still very natural and perfect for people who love nature.
Springs and falls have a very special atmosfere. The sea is very warm and you can swim up to november. From the Villa you can reach plenty of “must see” places that are unique in Tuscany, like Val d'Orcia and others.

Guest access
Villa Stella borders Villa Luna, part of a semi-detached complex. Guests have at their disposal an entire villa, without shared spaces, and full privacy. Check the drawing in the photo gallery.

Beautiful holiday spot!

Beautiful holiday spot! The family house exudes the good times spent in this pretty corner of Italy. The view for lunch is splendid and the coast is very wild. Great! Isabella is attentive and responsive... We highly recommend;-)

Isabella is super fast,

Isabella is super fast, very friendly, and helpful with her responses. All in all, the stay was really okay, very nice area, great property! The check-in has been a bit challenging because of the language barrier, but still doable. The cleanliness/hygiene has left something to be desired and the Wi-Fi has often let us down. We would have liked a slightly more accurate value for money. It was a really nice stay despite the existing blemishes! :)

We were very comfortable in Isabella's house.

We were very comfortable in Isabella's house. Since the house is a little outside and hidden on the slope, we were glad someone was driving the last route in front of us. The descriptions give a good impression, the house is cozy and well equipped. We were particularly pleased with the location and the view into the scenery - lying in the sun loungers in the evening and looking towards the sea was already special. You can snorkel well on the nearby beach and watch many fish species. Isabella was very nice and especially helpful as a host. We can only recommend Isabella's house.

The location is really enjoyable, charming and perfectly cozy. If you ever have any questions about bringing your four-legged friend, please know that he would be divinely.
