Composed of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with single sofa bed, kitchen, and large outdoor loggia space, BBQ, garden and shared pool accessible from May 15, 2024 to September 15, 2024. Parking in private area. The proximity to Florence, 20 minutes by car, makes it the ideal place for hiking in the city and in the Tuscan area.
Other things to note
NB. According to DPR Law no. 412/1993 and Law no. 10/1991, in the province of Florence it is only allowed to turn on the heating in the period from November 1, 2023 to April 15, 2024 (winter). The heating consumption calculated in the cubic meter will be considered separately (6€ per cubic meter consumed).

We had a lovely stay in Alice's beautiful and spacious Airbnb. It is exactly like the pictures and has a lovely, covered terrace outside. Contact with Alice went smoothly and quickly. There was a basket of treats ready for us when we entered and in the house is a map with suggestions for trips and restaurants in the area. The most beautiful places in Tuscany can be reached within an hour by car, so the Airbnb has an ideal location. We would undoubtedly recommend it to friends and family!

Beautiful, large and cozy place to stay. We were on site with 4 people and 2 babies - everything was perfect. All the central places in Tuscany within an hour's drive. Alice and her father were wonderful hosts :-) We will be happy to come back.

The place is charmingly located in a peaceful countryside (car is a must). It is very spacious and on top of expected amenities there are several interesting antique features like eg Continental tape writer or Singer sewing machines, all circa 1920. Alice and her family are friendly and very helpful.

This beautiful home, tucked into the Florence countryside, was the perfect stay for our 7 days in the city. When we first arrived, the hosts were responsive and even met us at the door to help us with luggage, give us local recommendations for dinner, and answer all of our questions about being in Europe for the first time. The home was comfortable, private and the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Florence. Not to mention, the hosts are absolutely wonderful and gracious! They EVEN gave us instructions to buy the best Florentine steak and cooked it out on the grille for us in the evening. Let it be known that they make the best steak. We would highly recommend you book this place in order to make your stay in Florence the absolute best, especially if you are in Italy for the first time. Nothing like recommendations and guidance from a true local to make your entire trip!
