Very central and a stone's throw from the train station (100 meters), which makes it perfect as a base for getting around and visiting the art cities. Transfers to the Florence and Empoli stadiums

A double bedroom,living area with full and equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, 2 TV,bathroom with shower. You can also enjoy a small outdoor space. Free parking. For bikers, free private garage available.

The space
The name " From the red" comes from the color of our daughter's hair to which we have dedicated this initiative,using for this reason the color red as a theme for the furnishings. We are passionate about recovery and reuse of used materials to which we try to give a second life, which you can find in person. The spaces are cozy and we are committed to making sure that you can feel as comfortable as possible.
We're family, and we're doing it all.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy a double bedroom with TV,a living room with double sofa bed and TV,a large kitchen equipped with everything you need. Dishes,pots, etc...oven, microwave oven,fridge,plate, coffee maker (moka), bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Upon arrival you will find a welcome kit to start your stay.
Other things to note
Parking is available privately without surcharge .
In the case of Bikers, one of our covered spaces will be used without a surcharge

We had a great time at Nicolò's cottage and his beautiful family, a warm welcome and always very helpful in giving us directions on how to get around. The cottage is very nice and has everything. Nicolò and his wife are very welcoming. We spent 2 nights in the Airbnb. Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed. Really easy to go to Florence by train (only 25min and the train station is 100m far from the Airbnb).

The house is well-kept, very clean and super equipped and Nicolò was very friendly and nice in welcoming us and making us comfortable. We only stayed one night and the potion was perfect for getting to Florence with ease. We will definitely be back!
