Description
Villa with private pool and garden composed by kitchen and living room with fire at ground floor. There are 7 double rooms with private bathroom with the shower at first floor. This location also includes the apartment LILLA with another double room, kitchen and bathroom. The pool will be open from half May to half September.
The space
Our Villa is surrounded by garden and vines with a suggestive view on the Tuscan landscape.
The pool is in front of the house.
There is the house of the guardian but he does not share any space with the guests.
Guest access
All the surrounding external spaces will be exclusive for the guests.

Fantastic house in a wonderful place.
Fantastic house in a wonderful place. It is in a great location to visit Florence and many nearby villages and is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, very relaxing. The guys who live next door are really nice and kind, they gave us many tips on where to eat well in the area. We also tasted in the cellar and it was really very interesting and fun. The only downside is that the kitchen “equipment” is not completely complete to accommodate 14/16 people (more than anything else, shelves or cabinets where you can put food and the fridge a little small for 14). In the rooms there was the absence of air conditioning but there is also to be said that we were here the hottest week of the year, in a normal period it would probably not be a problem. Otherwise we had a great time and even when we had some problems with the refrigerators the host was available and very quick to send a colleague of her to fix everything.

Very nice house
Very nice house, we enjoyed our stay very much. Every room has its own bathroom plus a small toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen size was a little bit small for 14 people and the cooking equipment can be improved. The cleanliness of the kitchen was not good but Neri said that this will be improved in the future.
