An 18th century Bishop's house in the Tuscan country has now become a fully-equipped holiday villa with private pool, fenced garden, wellness area with sauna, gym equipment and maxi-Jacuzzi. It has 5 double bedrooms en suite for up to 14 guests.

The space
Villa Le Panche is a charming country house in Tuscan style. As testified by an original stone engrave in the living-room, the villa was built in 1718 as a summer retreat for the Bishop of Pistoia. It is located in a lush valley in Northern Tuscany, well connected to Florence and to the tourist resorts of the Pistoia's Apennines.
The villa has been recently restored and fully equipped. With its 6 double bedrooms and wide common areas, this is an ideal destination for holidays with family and friends. In fact, Villa Le Panche is a charming place where our guests can relax in a wide fenced garden, swim in a private heated pool, take advantage of a spa with a 7-place hydro-massage, an infrared sauna and gym equipment.

Guest access
The villa and its grounds (fenced garden, swimming pool and barbecue area) are rented in exclusive to our clients. Those who rent the villa will not share these spaces with any other people.

Other things to note
Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival: € 1 per day for each guest over 14 years of age (maximum € 5 per stay per guest).

Davide and his father were perfect hosts

Davide and his father were perfect hosts, they helped to arrange chefs to come to the house for a special celebration and we’re on hand for any queries both before our trip abs during. The house is great for large groups and the pool/hot tub were great. The house is quite remote up in the hills - shops are a little drive away and lots of twisty mountain roads! - but it’s a good base for visiting nearby towns (Lucca, Florence, Pisa etc). We had four young children in the group who were well catered for with high chairs/cots etc. The house is also next door to a great restaurant.
