Villa Angelica was born as a country farm in 1700 in the enchantment of the Val d’Orcia and Val di Chiana.

The proximity of the thermal waters and the village of San Casciano dei Bagni make a stay in this corner of Tuscany a unique experience, a place to rediscover the tranquility of the past because here time has no dimensions.

Spend a stay relaxing in the gardens by the pool, exploring the Val d’Orcia region, and sampling local wines, cheeses, and more from nearby shops.

The property was recently restored with care and consideration. Today, this historic home boasts sophisticated decor and seven bedrooms with space for small and large groups of friends or family members.

- Safety deposit: Euro 1.000,00 cash upon arrival
- Final cleaning with sanitation € 250,00.
- Air conditioning on consumption € 0.80 1 kw (usually with correct use you spend for a week from € 300,00 to € 400,00)
- Heating on consumption - € 8,00 per cubic meter
- Heating pool ignition from € 1.350,00 (May June September )to € 600.00 (July and August) and € 50,00/100,00 for temperature maintenance per day according to season and climate.
- Extra cleaning on request costs € 17,00 per hour.
- Extra change for bed linen € 20,00 for bathroom linen € 15,00 for 1 person.
- Tourist tax mandatory costs € 1,00 per person per night.

1 service: dinner € 150.00 + raw material costs
2 services: breakfast + dinner € 200.00 + raw material costs

Cooking service from June to August:

1 service: dinner € 200.00 + raw material costs
2 service. breakfast and dinner service € 250.00 + raw material costs

This is the most beautiful villa in Tuscany with the greatest hospitality by Patrizia, Chef Francesco and Aurora! You must take a cooking class! We had beautiful days by the pool, beautiful nights under the stars. It was simply magnificent! I cannot say enough good things about the experience my family, friends and I had. We had vans (there were 9 of us) pick us up for wine tours and tours of the area. Glorious! There was more than enough room for us all in the villa- the weather was hot in the day but at night and early morning, perfect in the 60s. Patrizia was always available for anything we needed. We will be back, we were sad to leave. It is a forever memory! Cannot suggest this villa enough and Massimo was very easy to work with.
