Our week at Marcello’s house was perfect.
Our week at Marcello’s house was perfect. We were a group of ten people and had loads of space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking and the garden with the pool is just beautiful with its breathtaking view on the lake. A car is definitely recommended for the area nevertheless there is an excellent restaurant just few minutes away. The house is not situated too close to any other houses which was definitely a plus as well. Overall we can definitely recommend it for a week away with friends and as a base to explore the nearby cities. Marcello was really responsive and flexible. Many thanks!!

A dream house for a dream vacation!
A dream house for a dream vacation! A perfect place for 2-3 families with kids, in a beautiful area of southern Tuscany with a pool and a gorgeous view. You can make trips to closeby cities, incl. San Marino. Marcello and his team are wonderful hosts and always helpful and responsive. Definitely recommended!

Very nice villa, which you have to yourself. There are two apartments at the house, we both had. We were a large group of family and friends and had fun. The pool is nice and big. The service is very good, you can message the manager at any time and it is also answered promptly, they are very friendly and accommodating. The city of Sansepolcro is about 15 minutes away and is a cute little town. Check-in and check-out were also totally straightforward. I can fully recommend Casa Morgana.
