Charming apartment in the historical and very quiet Versailles Center - 50 % pedestrian and lively street. 400 meters of the Kings Castle and Park, all commodities in a 500 m radius, train station to Paris at 800 m. 2d floor without lift, very sunny and clear, old fashion but fully revamped, 100 % furnished and equipped (TV, WiFi, washing machines, etc..). Two bedrooms, with 2 person beds + one big sofa bed in the living room. Very convenient for 4 people - 6 would be too much for a long stay.  The hosts should feel like at home in this charming place, and inversely they should behave like in their own flat, and respect it. 

Minimum duration of the stay: one month, maximum one year. Price from 2000 to 2500 € (vacation period) / month + 100 € / month for charges (gas / electricity). Security deposit 1 or 2 month (depending on the lenght of the stay). Not allowed to smoke in the apartment.

Olympic Games Paris 2024 will also take place in Versailles, from July to September: all equestrian events (in the castle Park), modern pentathlon, marathon, cycle races. Kindly contact the owner for pricing.
