The space
“Clifftop 270” is a vast private property, on the top of the hill in Houlakia, over the homonym beach. Thanks to its dominant position, the villa offers clean view to the town of Myκonos as well as to other nearby islands like Delos, Syros and Tinos. Facing West villa gives you the opportunity to have your drink watching the beautiful sunset at the Aegean sea. At nightfall, figures change dramatically as tiny lights glitter in the dark, giving life to the island.
In the villa’s large open area, you can sunbathe enjoying the sea breeze during the day or relax under the shadow of the beautiful camares. There, when night falls, you can welcome your guests, serve a cocktail, or have dinner in the large dining table by the pool. The villa is built on three levels: the lower level, in which lies a large living room along with five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the garden. The middle level where there is one bedroom and has a modern and well equipped kitchen together with the dining room, and a comfortable lounge that gives access to the terrace and the swimming pool area.
The stunning white staircase leads to the master bedroom on the upper floor, which has an amazing view of the garden, the sea and the pool. It also has a luxurious open-space bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a large double vanity.
The internal of Clifftop 270 is a combination of modern and antique furniture , high aesthetics, renovations, large common spaces, simultaneously yielding a traditional sensation. Dimitris place was incredible.
Dimitris place was incredible. I came with a big group of friends to celebrate my 40th birthday at the end of the season. The house is spectacular. Each morning you will wake up to see multiple islands, a view of the boats coming into Mykonos town, and even goats traversing the hilly backdrop. Truly gorgeous. The house was cleaned each day with fresh towels for the bathroom and outdoor use. Was an exceptional place, lots of character and features for a luxe stay. Dimitris was extremely responsive and Adrian met us for check-in and check-out with no issue. Both the interior and exterior are perfect for a big group to chill, eat together and enjoy the spectacular views. Would highly recommend

This property is fabulous.
This property is fabulous. The villa is expansive with breathtaking views. Its right at the top of the hill. Photos on the listing do not do justice. There were several bedrooms to accommodate our large party. A bit away from the old town area but we knew that and that’s the charm of this place: We rented a car and everything was accessible since most locations to visit are a short driving distance. Dimitris is an exceptional host. He sent his colleague to receive us at the airport which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. He made sure our stay was comfortable and was always accessible for help. Rest assured, a stay at this villa will be very relaxing and enjoyable.

Dimitris was an incredible host! He accommodated my entire group in a matter of minutes when our planned reservations with an alternative host fell through. He and his team were attentive and friendly! We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the view!!

Not only was Dimitris’ villa stunningly beautiful, but he himself has by far been the best host of any place I have stayed whether that is through Airbnb or from another source. Dimitris’ response was timely, he was extremely kind and helpful. We had our wedding reception at the villa and we could not have chosen a better place. Stayed here with a bunch of my college friends for a weekend, couldn't have asked for anything better! Views were breathtaking, Dimitris set us up with a car business to take us anywhere on the island and back which was extremely helpful. House was beautiful and is exactly what was advertised. Anything you need or any questions you have, Dimitris was quick to respond and help. I highly recommend this house and wouldn't give it anything other than 5 stars!
