« Dio Villa » is a lovely Mykonian boutique villa, designed and built in 2016 by a french architect as his summer house, with quality materials, equipment, furniture, lighting, (…) to make this place a Greek chic and comfortable vacation house! The decoration is unique in the mood of the island.

> Description

The villa is 180m2 inside and has a 120m2 terrace covered by a wide pergola, one pool in marble, four double bedrooms / eight people capacity, three bathrooms with three showers + 3 WC, one large living room, and a kitchen.
Spectacular sea view - Full sunset on Delos, Rhinia, Tinos, and Syros islands
The house is equipped with high-quality Daikin air conditioning in all bedrooms + living room.

1 storage room with 2 fridges for drinks + 1 big fridge for food + 1 large freezer
One laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron equipments
1 Nice dining wood table Inside for ten people + 1 table outside for 12 people
One lounge area outside with built-in sofa and coffee tables for ten people

> Kitchen :

The kitchen has high-quality professional equipments, a large gas cook station, a large electric oven, a powerful hood, a very silent dishwasher, a juice machine, a smoothie machine, a multifunction robot, a Nespresso machine, an Italian coffee kettle, a Filtered coffee french press, a Tea kettle (…) and professional sauce-pans, casseroles, tools, (…) everything needed and much more! The house also has very nice tableware, glasses, etc.. to make the most beautiful tables!

> Living room :

The living room has a large five-seat sofa and two lovely armchairs. It also has wood stools and antic coffee tables. Guests can enjoy books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, games for kids, PlayStation, wifi, tv, etc...

> Bedrooms & Bathrooms :

All bedrooms have Sat TV and regular TV, french, greek, and international, flat tv, digicode safety box, WiFI in every room, and sound system in bathrooms. All bedrooms have access to the terrace, front terrace, and lovely patio. The bedroom has a tall mirror, a large cupboard, a wooden stool, and a small built-in table.

Bathrooms have all amenities, soap and shampoo from greek bio brand KORRES, a hair dryer, and of course, nice towels, 1 big and 1 small per person. All bathrooms have a nice Italian-style shower with marble tiles. Sinks are made with marble blocks.

> IT – electronics equipment – Lighting – Security :

The house has a high-quality Bose sound system, Samsung flat-screen TVs, 3D screens, internet radios, and airplay to play music wirelessly from iPhones, DVDs, CDs, and Playstation; bathrooms are equipped with speakers,
Guests can enjoy high-speed internet WiFi inside and outside. All lights are dimmable, inside and out, so you can create your own ambiance in the house. The house is secured with a digicode access door, high-security key locks, and an alarm system with CCTV cameras. A multifunction printer – copy–scan is available in the house over Wi-Fi.

> Other :

Guests can enjoy a lot of plants inside and outside the house, as well as aromatic plants for cooking! Dionysos grey marble from Greece has been used all over the place for flooring, bathrooms, showers, and to make the wonderful pool. All bed sheets are white, 100% linen and beds have high-comfort mattresses. The bed sheets are changed every 3 days, and full house cleaning is done.

Everyday cleaning is also possible upon request. A guy is coming twice a week to take care of the pool, plants, terrace, and other technical maintenance.

> Services

Services can be provided, such as daily cleaning, chef to prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner, concierge to organize your days, car rental at good rates, private, affordable boat trip, airport pick-up, and drop-off, massage, helicopter booking to travel to other islands, gym coach, (…).

Quentin's place was great and looked exactly as it did in the pictures!

Quentin's place was great and looked exactly as it did in the pictures! The villa had gorgeous views and was spacious for my group of 6. Quentin also graciously kept a basket of food for us and was very flexible with our check-in and arrival. The only thing I would point out is that the location of the villa is a bit hard to find and so every time you need to take a taxi you will need to walk a bit further out to the main road and help the taxi drivers navigate to the correct spot.

It was a great stay in this villa which has been thoughtfully designed, you will feel that you are staying inside your house , the view of the sunset is very beautiful in this villa and the services we wanted have been provided, everything is excellent and there is after the notes that have been provided to make the place better , the only drawback is after the facilities and services from the site where it takes about 10 minutes by car to arrive.
