Quiet and relaxing , atypical with its stone wall, its iron staircase, its antique parquet floor and its shooting balcony , very clear since crossing, it is ideal for family travelers/group of friends.
Located 10’ on foot from Montparnasse ( the best view of Paris) , 15’ on foot from Place Denfert Rochereau and its famous catacombs!

Located 10 minutes walk from the Gare Montparnasse, duplex apartment of 92 m2 (64 m2 square) of character with real stone wall, exposed beams, original solid oak parquet, IPN, fireplace, iron staircase and balcony.

On the 1st level, a kitchen open to a living room of more than 40 m2, with all the necessary equipment (including dishwasher), black granite island. Living room with large corner sofa that transforms into a comfortable double bed (140x190), open onto a Parisian fireplace, flat screen TV and Bose home cinema. Extendable dining table at the back.
A bathroom with double basin, walk-in shower and WC area.
On the 2nd level, connected by a cast iron staircase, the space sleeps under attic! A large bedroom with a king-size luxury bed (180x200) , a boy's bedroom with a pull-out bed ( 2 beds of 90x190) and a girl's bedroom with an extendable bed for 1 adult (80x200)
A toilet is also available.

Bright apartment facing south and crossing, it is also very quiet and relaxing.

We live in this apartment year-round , so we will find our belongings in the apartment (this is not a hotel but a homestay )

We loved our stay at Tintina’s place! It is perfect for families, as she normally lives there with her own. The appartment is quiet and clean, cosy and close to the metro. It has everything you need for a stay in Paris. Tintina herself is very nice and was extremely quick and helpful with her replies (e.g. great restaurant recommendations!) Would absolutely stay there again!
