The space

From the private pool and garden to the BBQ area and deck with an automatic canopy, every detail has been thoughtfully curated for your enjoyment. Feel the refreshing breeze as you relax by the pool, surrounded by the lush beauty of our well-maintained garden.Inside, you'll find that all of our rooms are air-conditioned and furnished with the utmost comfort in mind.

The villa is situated within a prestigious condominium, offering direct access to three stunning beaches just a 5-minute walk from the village. Prainha, Praia dos 3 Irmãos, and Praia do Alvor await you, each with its unique charm. Families will find our villa particularly suitable, with amenities such as air conditioning in three bedrooms and the living room.

Rest assured, the house is equipped with meticulous attention to detail. Each room features spring mattresses and high-quality linen to ensure a restful night's sleep. We also provide baby essentials such as a high chair, travel cot, and suitable crockery, ensuring that even our youngest guests feel comfortable. Beach towels are available for your convenience.

Step outside onto the deck, where you can dine in the garden with a view of the pool. Our automatic canopy provides shade, protecting you from the sun's rays while you relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV and Hi-Fi system.

Our private pool is a haven of tranquility, but you'll also have access to three additional pools within the condominium. One of these pools boasts a mesmerizing sea view, while two are specially designed for children. The condominium itself offers a wealth of amenities, including two playgrounds, four restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and even a supermarket. Explore the breathtaking sea views and cliffs from the condominium's gardens and enjoy the vast green spaces for activities such as running, playing, or picnicking—all within the secure confines of the condominium.

Please note that from November 2nd until the end of March, some amenities within the condominium, such as collective pools, certain restaurants, tennis, and paddle facilities, may be temporarily closed. However, rest assured that our private pool is available all year round and can even be heated upon request (additional fee applies).

For non-standard stays, please contact us via message. For example check in on different days of Saturdays and less than 7 nights in summer

There is a Municipal Tourist Tax that will be charged from March to October, inclusive. The value is 1.5 € per person, from 13 years inclusive, per night, and with a maximum ceiling of 7 days of stay, even if the stay is longer. The amount will be sent for collection through the platform, 15 days before check in.

By request we provide pool protection for children at 70 € per week.

By request we provide an extra kid's bed for children (2< years<13) at 70 € per week.

From October until April we can heat the pool at 28/29 degrees for 175 € week. From May to July 150 € per week, after that 125 € per week.

The Travel Cot is free of charge and also the chair feeding baby

Due to the Corona Virus, the collective facilities of the resort may be closed until the end of March, and the closure may subsequently be reevaluated for additional time.

We provide free of charge sun umbrella and beach towells for the family.

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Virginía was great with communicating with us, offering excellent recommendations for our stay. The space was clean, bright and private. The heated pool was so great with kids, and even came with lots of beach and pool toys for them to use. The area is quiet and beautiful, but still has easy access by walking or cabs to restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. Virginía’s place is a lovely gem in a stunning area, and was a very welcoming space for kids!

This place is perfect! Clean clean clean!!! We could walk to the beach and to restaurants which was a plus for us since we had been traveling for a few days! Swimming pool was private and perfect for evening swimming. I would rent this space again in a heart beat! Thanks for helping my family with making fabulous memories not miserable ones!!!!

This apartment in Alvor was perfect for our little family. Close walk to a beautiful beach that if you hit at low tide has beautiful caves to walk through. The private pool was great and with the extra fee to heat. Virginia the host is very communicative (including after we left the stay to remind us to review…). Overall it was a beautiful and relaxing stay

We had such a lovely time staying at Virginia‘s villa! She’s the most amazing, amazing host. Ester the charming housekeeper greeted us and made sure we were comfortable and knew what was what. Everything was great, the location can’t be beaten - my husband LOVED being able to walk down to the beach every day, the boys loved the pool, which we had heated as it was October. The whole complex has a lot of facilities and we did the three pool challenge one day and had a dip in every single pool followed by the sea - great fun! Literally everything you could want for a lovely stay was there, so comfortable, so well appointed - and simply nothing Virginia wouldn’t do for her guests! Highly recommended.
