The “Penalva Beach House” is a Local Accommodation villa just a few meters from the beach: 5 min. walking distance from the Atlantic/Soltróia beach. It has a private swimming pool and playground; game room with snooker, billiards, foosball, arrows, etc; barbecue and lake view where at night you can hear the croaking of the frogs. Fully equipped; 7 double bedrooms: 4 of which are in front of the pool and 3 are on the lower floor, a total of 7 bathrooms. Ideal for families and groups of friends, holidays/weekends.

The space

The “ Penalva Beach House” is located in the Soltróia condominium 5 km from Tróia and 10 km from Comporta.

Shopping can be done : at the Soltróia mini-market; in Comporta, where there are mini markets; fishmongers; butcher, bakery, pharmacy, gas station and good restaurants;

And in Troia there's a supermarket,

casino and restaurants.

The house is great, we love it! It's great for big groups and has a lot of excitement, from snooker to foosball! The rooms are great and even on these colder days are super comfortable and there are heating everywhere. Eliana was an excellent host and always very communicative. Loved the experience!

Very large and huge home for families and friends. Large pool and garden and dining area. The game room was a plus and a delight for both the little ones and the adults. Plenty of outdoor space with a barbeque with a view of the pool and lake. Very well situated, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very well equiped kitchen with the necessary for a huge group. There was nothing missing! The stay was 5 star. Very friendly host and always available. Eliana left a basket of very much appreciated by the group and was kind enough to let us check out later. No doubt it's coming back! We love everything.

Very beautiful house!

Very beautiful house! We stayed there with a group of 12 people for a long weekend and it was perfect! The house has everything you need: a great outside area and swimming pool, a 'private' lake, super complete games room. The location is also good, with the beach close by. Recommended to rent a car to be able to enjoy more of the region. The host Eliana was super helpful since the beginning. Highly recommend the Penalva Beach House! :)
