Description
Have you been looking for a place on the beach where you can see the beautiful emerald waters from bed? You just found it! My condo is a studio with a very comfy king sized bed and a sofa bed. It has a full kitchen not just a kitchenette. And it is fully stocked. Time for a vacation on the beach!
The space
My condo is located on the 2nd floor of Beachside 2 in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. One car unassigned parking is available on the 1st and 2nd levels. If coming in the 2nd level, there are only 3-4 steps. If coming in the 1st level, there is an elevator, and you will still have 3-4 steps before getting to the condo. When you enter, you will notice that you can see directly through to the emerald waters. Just as you enter, to the right is the closet, washer and dryer and bathroom. As you walk straight from the front door, you will find the full kitchen, sofa sleeper, dining table and king size bed. The patio has a table and 2 swivel chairs and also two life guard style chairs for relaxing with your favorite beverage while viewing the sunrise and sunset.

Jana and this condo were great! Jana was so quick to respond if we had questions and checked in on us upon arrival. Great location between Destin and 30A - the best of both worlds. So nice to walk right down to the beach or out to the pool. It was just enough room for a long weekend for my husband and I! The bed was so comfortable and we loved the balcony looking at the water!

Jana was an amazing host! We were there during a hurricane and she was very accommodating and helpful. Place was so convenient to beach and walk up beach bar/restaurant. I could live there!

Spotless place with great location and great views. Area was wonderful. Private and easy to get to. Lots of things to do around the area. Jana was prompt with responding to any questions we had and even allowed for early check in which was great! Plenty of items for the beach. Felt right at home and was the perfect place for a quick anniversary get away with husband. Everything was as pictured and as described. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend, and Jana’s condo was perfect! Pristine, stunning views, both cozy & roomy at the same time- perfect for us! It was well-equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrella- which was very nice since we flew in. Jana was so helpful with recommendations & even assisted us with some things we needed delivered. She is the consummate host, and we cannot recommend this place or any place that is hosted by her enough!

Jana is a wonderful, she is easy to ask any questions too. She dropped off board games and an umbrella. If you are looking for an upscale beach front view this is a perfect room for you! I will would recommend Janas room to any of my friends!

Pictures do not do the view justice. Amazing feeling waking up that close to the beach each day. It was prime busy season during my stay, so the local beach was very crowded. That being said, the area is very easy to maneuver and find other public access locations nearby. Sandestin amenities are top notch, so it makes total sense why it was so busy. I do not hold that against the condo or the location. A true testament to how fun the area truly is. Would definitely stay again! Condo was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the room offers plenty of space for two adults.

This is a very precious condo. There are beautiful unobstructed views of the gulf. The condo was clean. Second floor was great. The condo is right next to the second floor parking garage, elevator and stair case. Jana is probably the best host I’ve ever had. She was very responsive and helpful. Two things to note, there are no curtains so if you like to sleep late, it will be difficult. Second, there are steps up to the condo in every direction. They offer luggage carts but impossible to get it to the room.
