With the capacity to accommodate up to 44 people overnight, our resort is perfect for family reunions, church trips, company retreats, and more. Cancellation Policies
There are no refunds or discounts for mechanical failures (see lease) or for early departures. Cancellation Policy: Notify us as soon as possible. If we can re-rent your home for the entire time you booked, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be forfeited. Sorry, no exceptions, regardless of reason for cancellation. If we cannot re-rent and you decide to stay a portion of the time you booked, you will be charged for the entire time you originally booked. "No shows" will be charged total rent that they reserved for. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No refunds or discounts for mechanical failures (see lease).

The cabin itself is fine, real good heat and the fireplace could actually heat the place as well. WiFi is really a no go, and it's not the Host's fault. Service and it's provider are terrible. There are a few things that could use upgrading, but would not deter me from staying there again. It all ads charm to the cabin. It's a perfect getaway for a couple or maybe 3 to 4 people. I would not put 6 in here. There is an apartment sized washer/dryer in the hall closet that did come in handy. We enjoyed it, and may do it again!

The location was nice on a small lake. It was private and quiet and was a good place for a getaway. We really enjoyed the hot tub. That being said, the cabin was quite smelly when the heating was on (it seemed there was a lot of dust in the vents). The bedroom was particularly stinky beyond the dust smell and we found trash left under the bed. Also it should be made clearer in the description that the wifi is a rural connection with very low bandwidth and range. There was a note in the cabin about this and had little effect on our stay but if someone needed a reliable connection this was not that.

My husband and I had a relaxing time.
My husband and I had a relaxing time. The cabin is exactly what we wanted, small and quiet. We took a walk during the day and although the property was fenced in and not far of a walk, we still enjoyed our mini-walk and sat across the lake in the gazebo with a drink. The hot tub was a bonus.

Location was beautiful, my girlfriend and I had a nice time at the cabin. Only downsides were that we had to go out and buy some very basic essentials like toilet paper and dish soap to clean dishes as nothing was provided. It feels like these should have been provided, especially to ensure cleanliness for the next guests.
