Welcome to Peacock Harbor!! Our pool is heated & ready to enjoy all year round! This beautiful 3/2 1700 sqft pool home is centrally located between Cocoa beach and booming Port Canaveral. 1/2 mile - 3 min bike ride to the secluded beach access where you can experience stunning Rocket launches, local events and Cruise ships from one of the worlds busiest Ports. Enjoy wonderful photo ops with our local Peacocks who have quite literally taken residence in the neighborhood!

Fees vary according to length of stay, size & breed... $20 a day per dog with discounts on longer stays…
However unauthorized pets will be charged a flat fee of $200 collected through the resolution center during your stay
Potty trained, neutered, flea & tick treated(coming from other states & locations, we can't have the bugs coming with you) ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY TO REMIT ANY PESTS LEFT BEHIND BY YOUR ANIMAL

About a dozen Peacocks greated us several mornings! House was clean. Hosts were quick to respond and helpful. No counter space in bathrooms and they only leave 4 rolls of tp no matter how many people are staying for the 6 night minimum, so may need to bring your own. Walk to the beach was more than 5 mins, but it's so beautiful and nice there it didn't matter. The bikes have been well rinsed off often, but not dried, so the chains are rusty and don't work well. Check that before you purchase them. Very nice back yard and area as a whole. Really enjoyed our stay even though it was in the 50s.

This place was amazing!!
This place was amazing!! We loved the pool and game room but especially the peacocks! The beach is just a few blocks away and the house had everything you’d need. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrellas, games and boogie boards. Our family loved having the beach bikes to travel back and forth from the beach. It made it so easy to have all of that stuff there rather than having to pack it and bring it from home. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would 100% stay there again. Highly recommended

We loved staying at Terese's place. The pool was an oasis with plenty of toys and floaties. We also had everything we needed to have a Thanksgiving meal. Terese was very responsive and we felt at home. Would recommend anyone staying here!

Great place to stay.
Great place to stay. We were able to have our family all together there comfortably. The pool and games are nice when you want to just enjoy a day at home with your family. Nice walk down to the beach. The neighbors are friendly and peacocks are all over the neighborhood . We were able to get some great pictures. We had a good time and will consider it for future visits to the area.
