The space
The home is partitioned to separate families if you plan to share and split the cost. Office exists for anyone who has to take care of business before getting back to the fun.
Other things to note
We do ask that you treat our home like you would your own home; Water is very expensive and a commodity so try to conserve. We ask that you promptly shut doors when the a/c is running. We also require a deposit for your dog which will be refunded if no damage! Deposit is 250.00 ( this is negotiable) and the charge per dog per stay is 100.00which will be paid to us directly thru Venmo or PayPal!

This was a great place for my family.
This was a great place for my family. Lots of room for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms. Great lanai for family meals. Doreen told me about a park that was just a block away where we walked the dog every day. It was great. Only thing I didn't like was that there was no sidewalk to the park. Had a few maintenance issues that Scott took care of right away.

House was great, community is always great, just as described, pool was perfect for tru kids the entire time. The heat in pool was at 86 degrees and didn’t disappoint. The 4 bed rooms was perfect for the 5 of us.

The place was beautiful, and I loved the open floor concept. The tub in master bath was to die for! and the pool was a big hit with my granddaughter. Loved the fact that there was a TV in every room and also on the patio.

Our stay was wonderful. The home is spacious. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We had a couple minor house issues. The hosts were excellent with communication and quick to respond to fix them.
