All guests will be required to provide name, address, and phone number along with the number of guests and ages. Minimum age to book is 25.
A rental agreement must be signed by each guest after booking. If this is not completed, the booking will be cancelled. All house rules must be adhered to as listed on the rental agreement or the booking with be cancelled/terminated with no refund.
Travel/Trip insurance will be available to purchase (which we highly recommend) upon booking. The owner's web site is secure, so book with confidence.

Cancellation Policy:If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation Fee: $100 on all reservations (no exceptions)
100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date less a $100 cancellation fee
50% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date less a $100 cancellation fee
No refunds within 30 days.

Highly Recommend!
We spent the whole month of February in Rhonda's beautiful condo. Rhonda is a first class host! She was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and very nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable with ample blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The private, gated entrance to the beach was nice and there were private bathrooms for guests. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the less busy area, but were just a very short drive from Destin. We would definitely stay at A Shore Thing again!

Unit 503 is absolutely beautiful and Rhonda is wonderful to work with. The unit has been updated and is lovely! We love being right on the beach and having the chair and umbrella service is definitely a perk! The unit is very clean and well appointed with everything you need to have a wonderful time! The view and sunsets are absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this unit and Rhonda!! Thank you!

Our stay at the Palms 503 was absolutely PERFECT!! Rhonda was a wonderful and very accommodating host!! She was available with a quick response for any questions we had during our stay. The view is perfect, we were able to watch the dolphins swim by every morning and evening. We have stayed on Okaloosa Island for many years when we vacation. This condo is the nicest, cleanest, most up to date and modern condo we have stayed in by far!! We look forward to staying here again for future trips!! Wonderful stay!
Rhonda was a great host and was always very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Everything exceeded expectations and our favorite parts were the view, how quiet the condo/area was, and the quick beach access. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

Everything was top notch!
We couln't have enjoyed our stay more! Rhonda was a top notch hostess and provided us with the most detailed and helpful information of any host we've every dealt with. The condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described/pictured. We cooked all of our meals while there and found the condo to be extremely accomodating with plates, bowls, cutlery, pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. It truly had all we needed. The balcony was awesome and very large! We had a perfect view of the beautiful white sand beach and crystal blue-green ocean. Getting to the beach was super easy and we were so grateful that we had the opportunity to obtain 2 chairs and an umbrella each day. Honestly we have nothing negative to say about the place and ou stay. We will DEFINITELY keep Rhnda and her space in mind the next time we plan to visit.

Great Condo - Great host!
We really enjoyed our stay at yourr beautiful condo. The view was awesome from the living room, master, and balcony. Access to the beach was perfect. The condo complex has beach gear available for free use, which my grandaughters enjoyed. Also it was wonderful having a beach umbrella & chair set provided and set up every day for our enjoyment. The Palms 503
I highly highly recommend this condo. It’s updated and clean along with a balcony that allows perfect views of the ocean. It’s a smaller complex of condos so the walk from your vehicle to the condo is short as well as from the condo to the beach. Over the past 14 years we have stayed in multiple condos on Okaloosa Island and this by far has been our favorite.
