You will enjoy being close to the Douglas Preserve which is a beautiful area that is perfect for long walks, runs or strolling with the family. Mesa Charm is also just a half mile from Mesa Lane Beach. If you feel like exploring Santa Barbara you can jump on the bikes that are provided and take a short ride to the beach, or to the Mesa retail area that provides the gourmet market Lazy Acres, Starbucks, pharmacy, DVD rentals and more. You are also only a 5 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara where you can explore the Paseo Nuevo mall and some of the best restaurants in Central California.
This cozy home is approximately 1150 square feet and consists of 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. All three bedrooms have queen size beds and a shared full bath. The master bedroom has an en-suite powder room and flat screen television. The family room and kitchen offer an open floor plan and features a flat screen television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with bar seating for 3 and the dining room offers seating for 8. The backyard is very private with decks, lawn, a hot tub, seating area and BBQ.

The house was a great place to stay for my 6 girlfriends girls trip! Kitchen was big and plenty of space for cooking meals, just wish there were more pots and pans, cooking utensils and some basic cooking spices/oils. The backyard was great for sitting outside and drinking coffee or a cocktail in the evening. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location was great for walking around town, close grocery store and a good coffee shop called good cup. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to catch up with my girls! Thanks!

Nice clean house and yard with hot tub was great, but the beach is a little too far to walk (more of a short hike) and the neighborhood isn’t amazing
