Description
The large back & 2nd floor deck have north eastern exposure, dining table, patio sofa area w gas fire pit, electric retractable awning. Fast water 5-10 minutes away, and the marina only is 10 minutes away for fuel, launch ramp, restaurants etc... We have one of the safest swimming areas with no current and little boat traffic in the bay.
Private dock ample space for activities an docking your boat/boats. The 16ft X 36ft slip is vacant for you to park your boat along with the sides of the dock. (we keep our 1 personal boat there under the canopy, as seen in pics. please do not disturb)
Main floor: large open floor plan seats 8 at the huge kitchen bar and 2 dining rooms. Also separate wet bar near living area, 1 bedroom and full bath and laundry.
2nd floor: 3 master bedrooms, one w jetted tub. Balcony connected to 2 bedrooms.
There are beds for up to 13 guests, but the house can accommodate more than 13 guests and are allowed with prior approval, PLEASE EMAIL for any questions. The majority of adult guests must be over 30. The property is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras.
The calendar updates immediately if there are bookings or cancellations. If the dates you are interested in are blocked on the calendar for 1-2 nights, please email me for availability.

Great time!
Great location! Easy access to big water! 3 master bedrooms worked well for our group. Patio and dock had beautiful views. Kitchen well-equipped and large. Boat trailers have to be left at the Marina a mile away.
