Just steps to our breathtaking beach, our ultra-talented interior designer created Casa Pina Colada as adorable 3 bedroom, 1 full bathroom charming beach cottage with new furnishings, new granite kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. Casa Pina Colada now has its own new Samsung front loading washer and dryer inside this cottage for guest convenience. maximum occupancy is 8. We are nowhere near path of Michael fortunately (praying for panhandle)

Only 1 minute walk to our breathtaking beach. Our beach is one of the best places around to find the treasured prehistoric sharks teeth the area is famous for! Only 1 minute walk opposite way to serene Lemon Bay. Only 5 minute walk to number one ranked attraction of stump pass state beach park - a natural wonderland!
Only 8 minute walk to 4 family friendly restaurants with live tropical music, very popular free beach yoga classes, souvenir shop, convenience store, reasonably priced water sports rentals - parasailing, sunset cruises, etc. It is only a quick 5 minute drive to the short bridge to quickly get on and off the Key. Just an 8 minute drive to the popular Publix grocery store and great breakfast diner.

Casa Pina Colada's Master bedroom offers a very comfortable king bed with new bed linens. The second bedroom features A full and twin bed plus a twin trundle which slides out under the full bed. Cozy cute, small third bedroom features full bed with new bed linens.
Pina Colada sleeps up to 8 maximum occupancy. 1 full bathroom with modern shower with gorgeous tiled shower, attractive glass border & upscale coastal pebbles shower floor. Plus an outdoor shower on the side of cottage & 3 more outdoor showers in common areas great for quick after-beach clean-ups. (the state beach park walkable to us also has numerous restrooms for day time use)
Attractive kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops & new cottage white kitchen cabinets & stainless steel appliances. Cook in if you wish or dine at a wide variety of popular restaurants - we list our favorites in our comprehensive 'insiders guide' to the area. 4 family friendly restaurants with live tropical music are only an 8 to 10 minute walk down our stunning beach.

Reasonably priced water sports rentals nearby to explore picturesque Lemon Bay and get up close & personal with the dolphins and manatees who frequent our waters. Feeling competitive? Get your game on at our popular on-site outdoor Ping-Pong area.
We are walkable to numerous water sports rentals - jet skis, parasailing, boats, tours, SUPs, etc. at reasonable rates. For little ones we have sand toy kit & the popular big beach playground only 8 minute walk.

Enjoyed our Stay
House/Cottage was super cute (great décor) and perfect for our week long stay in Florida. Beds, couch, kitchen table and chairs, linens, dishes, washer and dryer, tv's and beach supplies were all clean and well maintained. Even with one bathroom for 2 adults and 3 kids we made it work. You really have thought of everything and have provided 99% of things needed when on vacation. Thank you for that!!! Couple suggestions to the owners (nothing bad). *The poo/spa was HOT, in the summer time I'd suggest turning the heater off. * Update the microwave circuit, tripped a few times when we used it. * Add another window unit in front window (by washer and dryer). Got warm everyday in that space. * Add a place to hang towels outside near parking area for our cottage or by front door. Thanks again!!!

Cozy cottage
We had an amazing trip. The cottage was cozy and fit 2 adults and 5 kids very comfortably. Only bad thing about the trip was the red tide on the beach the week we were there. Otherwise, our experience was a memorable one.
