Charming, Clean
Fantastic property in central Sacramento. Cute, clean, and very convenient to the local hospital. A short walk or a quick 2 minute drive. A welcome respite after long stressful days. Close to restaurants for evening dinner. Owners are easy to work with and think of all the little things a house should have. Would highly recommend this home.

What a nice get away in Sacramento. It was the perfect place for the holidays. Great location in walking distance to shopping, parks, and coffee houses. Nice layout with thoughtful touches left around by the owners. Would visit again.

Perfect little house
My husband, our friend and I were in town for a marathon last weekend and Nancy's house was just perfect for our needs. It was a great size for us, had everything we needed, and was comfy. We were impressed with nice touches like coffee, tea, honey, and snacks in the kitchen, and shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. She also has lots of kids dishes and flatware, which would have made this house a great fit had we had our kids with us. We were able to walk to everything we needed, and felt perfectly safe walking around at night. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Sacramento! Thanks, Nancy!!
