Imagine stepping out your front door and being 100 steps from the beach! Right dead in the middle of town. Walkable to everything. You won’t need a car once you are here. This is a beautiful, renovated house with everything you need.

Master has a King Bed + its own private bathroom
The 2 other rooms are smaller and have a jack-n-jill bathroom. They have a Queen and Full bed respectively.
There's also a private office area as well.
This house has all the amenities you can want.
Just like a lot of places super close to the beach, parking is rarer. There's parking for 1 car. Parking is available just 1 block up and there's a parking garage closely.
Many streets in Laguna have small alleyways next to them. This house has a small alleyway next to it, but the house itself is very well insulated so you won't hear much, especially in the master.

Great spot in south
Great location in south Laguna, close to beach, restaurants and grocery. Very clean. Great patio for kids. Also recommend Tina’s other property by Heisler Park (stayed there a few years ago). Will be back!

I stayed here with my groomsmen for my wedding, for 3 men it was perfect. Walking distance to all restaurants, bars and I’m central Laguna. The beds were comfy and the owners were amazing. Helped us out with getting us checked in early and accommodating us with every request we made!
