This is a perfect condo for true relaxation, where you can enjoy the exquisite views surrounding you at every turn! Our condo is delightful with everything you need, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the patio bar-b-que as you look across the plush, green golf course and elegant palm trees that dot the landscape. Your swimming pool and hot tub await, as you take only a few steps to its entry gate. (There are many pools to choose from within Palm Valley Country Club!)
This condo is ready for You to relax; featuring two Lazy Boy double-recliners with flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player, not only in the living room, but also in the Master Suite. Wireless Internet is also provided.
We have a fully equiped kitchen and new washer and dryer in the utility room.
In Palm Desert and the surrounding area, there are many restaurants to choose from ~ casual or fine dining.
Beyond the gates of this beautiful facility, are multiple activities to enjoy: such as art, hiking, museums, bicycling, theater, golf, world-class shopping, concerts, and so much more!
We have a two-car garage to keep your vehicle clean and cool. Take a turn on our bicycles for a bit of exercise and fresh air or stay inside and have fun at a board or card game, or snuggle up with one of our exciting books.
Palm Valley Country Club is a guard-gated community. There are two golf courses: a Championship Course and a Challenge Course. There is a full tennis facility.
The Clubhouse is elegant with amazing food in the beautiful dining room. Every Friday is Pasta Night. You don’t need to drive off the property to pamper yourself ~ there is a Full Spa on location.

Fantastic Condo
Bill Mark's condo was perfect for our short trip to SoCal. The unit feels secluded from its neighbors. It is immaculately maintained and stocked with everything you need and nothing you don't need, including the bathrooms and kitchen. There was even an American flag stored in the garage that we put out for Independence Day. The VRBO ad says it is just steps to the pool and hot tub, and that is the truth. And the pool was a refreshing reprieve from the desert heat, and from what I could see it was one of the better setups in the entire resort. We swam 2-3 times each day. The information we received prior to our visit, along with the notes and other information provided at the condo itself, was clear, concise and appropriate. We easily found answers to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely consider this condo again for future trips to the Palm Springs area.

Very nice condo
My wife and I just finished a two week vacation here and had a great time. Would certainly return in the future.

nice condo but train
Condo is next to RR tracks that run a 100 car freight train very frequently, including at night. The HOA maintenance was unresponsive and did not fix the pool or jaccuzi closest to the condo, so we could not use it. The condo was well maintained and well equipped, and the owner was responsive and helpful. We have stayed at this complex before and it is very nice--beautiful grounds, but the location of this unit is not the best.
