The house has a solarium dining room on the lagoon, Mexican tile floors, wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings with multi-level lagoon decks. Great Prodigy Hot Springs spa on the lagoon deck.
This home has two bedrooms/two baths – it sleeps (max) 8 - 2 King & 2 Queen beds.

NOTE: For written cancellations received LESS than 60 days prior to rental the owner (as a courtesy) will relist the vacancy and you will receive a refund equal to the amount recovered from a (potential) new rental less $150. Understand that there is no guarantee relisting will result in a new rental and subsequent refund.

Quintessential waterside fun
Our group had a fantastic time here. Kayaking on the lagoon, hot tub, ping pong. What's not to love. To top it off property owners Stan and Juhls were great communicators and very responsive to questions. We'd be happy to visit again. Thanks, Stan and Juhls!

What a beautiful time!

Great home in a beautiful location; with a lot of room to spread out (inside and out).
House had all the amenities as described. It was nice to be located right on the canal behind Bolinas Bay, and we enjoyed walking to and the along the beach of the bay at sunset. Even saw a couple of seals along the beach! Got groceries in town at the Stinson Beach Market and had lunch at the Parkside Cafe. There were a couple maintenance issues at house but discussed with owner Stan and he is addressing.

Amazing Celebration
We rented the house for my husband 40th Birthday, it's been such a magic week end, the weather was great for beg of December. Such a peaceful feeling in the house, everybody had so much fun on the water , in the games room and cooking with the amazing view! Thank you so much for making it happen! Aurore

Sensational Stay at Stinson
I stayed here with my closest girlfriends for a 50th birthday weekend and I / we couldn’t have been happier. Stan was more than flexible and generous w check in process and check out ( we needed to leave a little later and arrive a little earlier) and since the house was ready and we weren’t interrupting the cleaning crew he was more than supportive and welcoming. The house was perfect! Lagoon and mountains breathtaking and beach across street stunning. House was cozy, clean, inviting, fun, ..... had ample seating space (dining room table under glass windows was divine) and there were more than enough cost blankets, beds, towels, etc. It was so amazing - we picked it again for our other girlfriend’s birthday 50th weekend a few months later. And even though we ALL live in Bay Area I felt like I was on an international trip. Much thanks and appreciation for the owners of this house.

A great escape. The house itself is simple — a combo of lovely antiques and — meets all the needs. Very comfortable and relaxed— kid friendly, dog friendly— all the toys. No complaints!

Fun home
We enjoyed quiet weekend in this comfortable place. A bonus was that this home has a rec room with a pool table and more. Wonder small village, fantastic beach and great home.

Great fun with fabulous views
Fabulous time had by all. We stayed here with my 13 & 11 year old boys and brother+partner to celebrate his 50th birthday. We had a brilliant time. The owner was easy to communicate with. The house was very clean. The app shows 4 bedrooms but it's actually only 2 real bedrooms as per the actual house description. The only hassle is the front gate to the community. We had issues with rudeness to one of our guests and an accidental lock-out but other than this it was awesome. Definitely recommend.
