Clean and fully furnished private downstairs apartment in a multi-unit home. Home is located in a private, residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, so if you are looking for nightlife, this is not the house. This vacation rental is the entire first floor of a two-story property, featuring 960 square feet of living space and a large 330 square foot lanai with plenty of seating areas to enjoy the scenery. The upstairs is a separate vacation rental. The young and friendly property owners (Jon & Anne Marie) live on site.
This private apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and sleeps 6-8 comfortably with a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a full kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and starter paper products. Linens and towels are also provided. A washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi internet, and cable television are provided free of charge. A beautifully landscaped garden with many outdoor seating areas, 4 fish ponds with waterfall feature, shaded hammock, and BBQ grill are also available for your enjoyment. Air conditioning units are located in both bedrooms for your comfort. Fans and plenty of island breeze cool the remainder of the house well.

Guest Access:
One assigned parking spot “D” fits standard-full size vehicles. The ramp up to the parking stop is a little steep. If you prefer not to drive up the ramp or need additional parking, there is plenty of parking along either side of the street outside of the cul-de-sac.

Excellent! Comfortable and convenient. Full kitchen and dining room, three full size beds, two bedrooms, two couches, private floor and private washer and dryer!!! We would have never found all this for this low price at a hotel! There were even beach toys provided for our child. It was a little home away from home! We had a rental car and the drive to Waikiki was about 20-30 minutes away. Wal-Mart was six minutes away for groceries and necessities. A decent location and worth it! Rent here!
