Welcome to our gorgeous Victorian home elegantly furnished with period furnishings. The house easily accommodates 10 people and one child. There are queen sized beds in each of the three second floor bedrooms and a child's bed one one. Each of the three second floor bedrooms has its own private bath with a clawfoot tub. The fourth bedroom is actually two bedrooms up a circular staircase with a total of 4 single beds and one bath with a jacuzzi tub. Have breakfast in our lovely dining room or in the upstairs sunroom. We are 1.4 miles from UNM, 1.6 miles from University Hospital, 0.5 miles from Presbyterian Hospital, 2.6 miles from the Sunport International Airport, 0.5 miles from the Convention Center, and 0.5 miles from downtown. Walk to the best restaurants bars, coffee, and shopping .

Conveniently located
We were here for the Balloon Fiesta with my mom and sisters. It was great to have bedrooms for each of us although the spiral staircase to the top floor was a bit challenging for folks in our age group. The furniture was period to the house but was not as comfortable for enjoying each other’s company as we would have liked. It took us a while to air out the space from odor of the cleaning supplies used. We needed a little support using the Roku TVs and Wi-Fi was not available (a new router had just been installed and the owner did his best to help us out).

This was the perfect setting for my moms birthday tea. The house was clean, and the kitchen well equipped. The owner was very friendly, overall it was a wonderful experience!
