It's equipped with a 30 mbps Internet connection and a 5 step water newest generation water filter. If you bring your car you also have a free underground parking, UBER is also a great safe, cheap and practical way of moving around or if your looking for a more ecological transport theres a bike rental station just below the building
The master bedroom has a King sized bed with fresh new sheets & pillows, a work desk and walk in closet with a bathroom, the second room has a Queen sized bed with fresh new sheets & pillows, it has a closet and a spacious bathroom.
The living room has a 65 '' 4K HD TV with Ultra HD Netflix, which you can enjoy from a comfortable "U" shaped sofa, which is set up right next to the balcony with a view to traditional av. Hidalgo.
The kitchen has a stainless finishes & large black granite countertop, with a large stainless finish 2 Door fridge, microwave, Coffee and Coffee machine, oven and equipped for you to cook a delicious meal.
Theres also a 6 person dinning white marble dinning table with very comfortable chairs.

Humongous Elegant Apartment
We had an easy and wonderful stay at the apartment. The beds were heavenly, honestly the deepest sleep I had while in Mexico. The apartment is spacious with generous rooms and a wonderful living room dining room and kitchen: huge and decorated tastefully. It's a railroad layout and the outside wall is entirely glass and is really stunning. The flatscreen tv rivals a cinema in size and quality. If you work while you travel you will appreciate the strong wifi. The value compared to a 4 or 5 star hotel is a no brainier. The host Miguel recommended an excellent and reasonable restaurant, and like everything in the neighborhood it was super duper hip. It's the most urban and cool neighborhood to stay in. We did not stay long term so if you plan to, discuss with the host things like close by cleaners and grocery stores. He was eager to please. Lastly, the bit about the video camera in a review I read was a not really how it seemed. They leave the place open for you so when you arrive and leave they have eyes on the front door. We simply unplugged the devices.

Very nice modern apartment
Perfect location close to the center walk to everything. Clean apartment great beds kitchen outfitted with all required amenities Secure building . Host was available and accessible, helped with questions . Highly recommend.

It was ok
Look Miguel answered us quick, that wasn’t the issue. I’ve read everyone’s reviews and they sounded great. This location is near everything, it’s secure, it was large for my family of four. We arrived and you can tell what wasn’t cleaned like the floors, our first night there I thought people were burning rubber with their motorcycles and no it was workers cutting down tree from 11:30 til almost 3:00am! I have little girls that got woken and started to cry. Then, Friday night our water got cut off for about 30 minutes, no big deal my brother that lives there said it was probably maintenance. The following night our water was cut off again so I didn’t think much of it but when it was two hours that’s when I messaged Miguel and about an hour and a half later our water came back. Well, we didn’t shower that night. The next day we showered to the lowest water pressure. I swear we had the worst luck because it seemed like everyone’s experience was awesome. I won’t be staying there again, plus the traffic out front is pretty loud and drunk people don’t care what time it is. I have little girls that need their sleep and it was too loud for us. Miguel was great, location has everything at a walking distance, but my week was awful!
