Beautiful 5th floor Oceanfront Puerto Vallarta Studio condo from $70 a night.
We have had our other 5 STAR oceanfront 5th floor condo on VRBO (239356) for many years.
The condo has been remodeled with new tile, woodworking, beautiful furniture and decor.
The super comfortable King bed has a Costco memory foam topper.
The kitchen area has an apartment size refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. We belong to the buildings laundry club.
We have a new 50" curved Ultra HDTV, cable TV with several English stations a DVD player and a Bluetooth stereo for you to connect your phone to. We also Have a new Climate controlled AC system.. We discounted this condos rate to $395 a week in the low season as there may be some noise from the hotels AC unit next door during hot months when on your balcony. Our other 5th floor condo is $70 a night in the low season.
