The master bedroom, complete with walk-in closet and ensuite, ensures parents have a private space.
You can enjoy your breakfast on your private terrace outside the condo. you can delight watching the boats pass and hear the birds sing.
The guests rooms have all the necessary comforts. They are spacious, they have very good size closets and you can watch the ocean from your bed.
Laundry is conveniently located in the service room passing the kitchen.
Our kitchen is equipped with crockery, for 6 people, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc.
The taxis & the bus stop are 100mts from the entrance.
We don't have beach but, you will be impress by the location. Also there is a lovley beach just 1 mile from the property. "Palmares"

Awesome views and great pool
We enjoyed Dolores' place so much!! The views are incredible, the space so clean and large, and it was a hard choice to watch the sunset from the pool or the deck in the condo. The condo is about a 5 min drive from town so you'll need to plan groceries and water thoughtfully. But it was so nice to be away from it all, only the crashing waves!!! I would 100% stay here again!!!

Spectacular views!
Loved the views from this ocean front property. Spacious rooms and ocean view from the bedrooms was a plus. It was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The host was great too!

Beautiful view, great space, perfect location
This is an amazing condo on the coast just outside of Puerto Vallarta that offers beautiful views, a quiet and serene space, and lots of great amenities! Maria Dolores was a great host! Very responsive and easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the area. A car is handy to have, given the location outside of the city (and it is easier to get around to other places with your own transport).
