Beautiful Property! Fresh linens and improved communication would help.
We loved this beautiful property! The view is amazing and breathtakingly gorgeous. Mr. Solomon was very easy to reach before and after our stay. Our only issue with the condo was that there are holes in bath towels and sheets...and only 2 bath towels for the week was a bit sparse. I think that’s a very easy fix and would make this high end condo more luxurious than it already is. Communication with the woman representing the Solomons was not great. She didn’t tell us what departure procedures to follow but says she would meet us in the lobby by 30 min before we needed to take a cab to the airport-she no showed. Not sure why. Also, lots of confusion over damage deposits. I agree with other reviews that guests didn’t follow rules-it says you may not reserve a seat with your towel or it will be removed but that rule was not enforced at all and if you didn’t claim a spot by like 8:30 AM, you were kinda stuck. I wish the staff would enforce that rule. The staff at Bayview Grand was wonderful and kind, especially the restaurant servers and lobby staff. Couldn’t have been better! We’re hoping to come back in the future! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo!

Enjoyed every second of this beautiful condo. The view is amazing and the amenities are just like being at home. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while on vacation in Mexico. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions we had while on our holiday. Cannot wait to enjoy this place again next year! Thanks for sharing your home with us.
