For your convenience, beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, cooler and beach towels are included in the condo. If you prefer, you can enjoy the Miami weather pool side, or even on the sunny private balcony where a lounge chair awaits. There is a large park with slides and monkey bars right next to the condo for the children (see picture).

Great Property. Close to the Beach.
The property is great and is ideally located for more than just the beach. 25-minute ride north of south will put you in Miami or Hollywood Beach. The condo was clean and set up perfect for our 2 small children. The balcony overlooks the pool. There is on-site laundry as well. The area is safe and I always saw patrol cars circling. The area is gated, which is nice as well. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes if that. There are a ton of quick bite restaurants in the area and 2 gas stations in walking distance. When looking at the cost, amenities, and location, you would be hard-pressed to find a better package. When vacationing, there is a certain amount of risk when renting. You want to make sure that your vacation is spent ...vacationing. This spot rents out 90% of the year, so you would expect wear-and-tear, but the place is put together well. This is a safe-bet. Everything was clean and smelled so fresh!
This condo was just as promised. Nice size and comfortable. The stove wasn’t working but management furnished us with a hot plate. Overall, it was a great experience!
