This dog-friendly condo in Lincoln City is the perfect place for your next vacation. It offers ocean views, access to a shared pool and hot tub, and easy beach access for up to four guests to enjoy.
Sitting in a convenient location, the sandy beach is mere steps from the house, as are a number of shops and eateries. Please note there is only room for two cars in the driveway, and on-street parking is prohibited in Lincoln City.
Ideal for an adults-only getaway, the home itself is bright and cozy, with fine leather furniture, wood flooring, and colorful artwork. In the main open room is a living area to sit back in front of the wood-burning fireplace and flatscreen TV (cable and WiFi included) equipped with a Blu-ray/DVD player. Out the sliding glass doors is a small balcony with a refreshing ocean view.
On the other side of the room is a kitchen, fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs, plus extras like a coffeemaker, blender, and dishwasher for convenience. The dining table will fit all four easily for a pleasant meal, and there are two bar stools.
In the single bedroom, you'll find a king bed, leather armchair, and access to a full private bath. There is one more full bath and a sofabed to accommodate up to four guests. Your dogs are welcome here, as well, just note a two-dog limit and small, nightly pet fee.
A definite perk of staying here is the shared hot tub, pool*, and game room with a full-size Ping-Pong table. Shared washer/dryers also make laundry easy.
This home is ideal for a couple or two, or a group of friends - go horseback riding on the beach with Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides, or go to Devils Lake to kayak, fish, and stand-up paddleboard. On your way back to the house, stop at any one of the numerous restaurants for a delicious dinner or use your kitchen to cook your own.
