Beautiful 1940s Cottage fully restored and furnished for your enjoyment! 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Grill & Patio area ready for entertainment. Minutes from Downtown, Riverwalk, Alamodome and Fort Sam. Owner has over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and is ready to go the extra mile to make your stay more enjoyable. Perfect for planning an event or for a long stay.
The Home has 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom. Master Bedroom has Queen Size Bed and his own Bathroom and Walk In Closet. 1st Guest room has a Full Size bed and Sun Room can be set up as 1 Day Bed, 2 Twins or 1 King Size pending our guests needs. Extra Linens and Towels are provided for your convenience as well.
Both Bathroom are stocked with Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner and Extra toiletries in case your forgot to bring something.
Kitchen has Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils and Silverware. We also provide Coffee, Tea, Cream, and Sugar throughout your stay. If you would like Groceries in the Home prior to your arrival we suggest that you download the HEB App and have your Groceries delivered or send us your list and we will gladly take care of it for you (additional charges will apply)
If you would like to Grill outside, Utensils are provided and located in the Kitchen. Disposable plates and Cups are also provided for your convenience.
The Home is equipped with Internet Access and Netflix, Hulu and Local Channels are available for your Entertainment.
The entire Home is Fenced or Gate. Motion Sensor Lights are installed from the Front to the Rear for your Safety. The Yard and Back porch have plenty of lighting and seating for Entertaining.
We prefer to Welcome our Guests personally to give them a tour and show them all the amenities the Home has to offer, but if you need to arrive late there is a Key Box that will allow you to enter the home after Hours.
We ask you to treat our Home with the same Love and Respect that we have. Check Out instructions are posted by the Main Entrance. In order to keep our Cleaning Fees low we ask you follow the steps listed on your Check Out list. If the Property is left in poor condition a additional cleaning fee of up to $40.00 will be charged.

Great, comfortable place to have on vacation

.Warm and comfortable house and owner made us feel so welcome
The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the bed very comfortable. She even had a Christmas tree in the living room to welcome us. We feel that she went beyond all expectations to help us settle in and show us around. Bus stop only 1 1/2 blocks away so we could take them to all the tourist places and had a great holiday. We were there for 2 weeks and found people friendly and helpful where ever we went. Marion and Eddie
