Description
This beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 1000sq home is located in a green and quite area inside Alamo Heights of San Antonio, right behind the Botanical Gardens. Apartment is walking distance to the Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. The 3 bedrooms include beds for 6 people plus a sofa in the living room which opens up to a queen bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both are very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 9 people. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower and custom tub/tile shower, granite counter tops with stainless steel under mount sinks. It includes everything you need. It is fully furnished and equipped. Also includes TV with cables, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. You will love it! Outside the apartment there is a BBQ & sitting area, fruit trees and lots of parking space.

The house is 100% non-smoking.
There's a High chair and Pack n Play available (upon request)
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival).

Overall good experience. We really like the location!
The accommodations were nice though we did alot of cooking (Thanksgiving) and struggled with the lack of counter space, garbage disposal, and dish cloths and towels. The location is nice as it was close to Fort Sam Houston and many of the attractions we like to visit. The neighborhood is somewhat strange in that there are some very nice high-end homes but also some not so nice lower-end homes.

This three bedroom unit was conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go! The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our visit. Daniel was great with the communication, too. Thanks!
