This beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 1002sq home is located in a green and quite area inside Alamo Heights of San Antonio, right behind the Botanical Gardens. Apartment is walking distance to the Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. The 3 bedrooms include beds for 6 people plus a sofa in the living room which opens up to a queen bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both are very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 9 people. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower and custom tub/tile shower, granite counter tops with stainless steel under mount sinks. It includes everything you need. It is fully furnished and equipped. Home includes a smart TV which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. You will love it! Outside the apartment there is a BBQ & sitting area, fruit trees and lots of parking space.

There's a High chair and Pack n Play available (upon request)

You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival).
