It is a clean, modern condo that will have you feeling right at home as soon as you arrive.It is decorated with reprints of the local area from artist Ken Buckner. 2 bedrooms, each has 2 queen beds (new luxury mattress)dresser,nitestand, wall mounted 32' TV. 2 bathrooms, both with tub and shower. One tub is oversized and jetted. Fully equipped kitchen, with extras like programmable coffee maker, crock pot, ice tea maker, and of course a dish washer. The dining table seats 6 also there are 2 TV tray tables and the bar seats 2. Washer & dryer. Living room is roomy with a full sofa, loveseat and chair and 42' Flat screen TV and Blue Ray Player. Private balacony,with chairs and table to enjoy the limited views of the intracostal waterway. Wonderful wooded view also with much bird actively. The charcoal grill is located just steps away as is the Large outdoor pool with plenty of chairs. Indoor pool (heated) and hottub. Workout room.
