Bring your loved ones and enjoy an unforgettable escape to the Sunshine State and stay in this 1/1, 635 square foot vacation rental, which sleeps 4. Spend your days soaking up the sun at Siesta Key Beach and your nights dining poolside overlooking the tropical, oversized, private backyard. A 14x28 heated pool for swimming or just relaxing in one of the chaise loungers on the patio. The guest house (cottage) is completely private from the main home, and you have a driveway with two parking spaces. We also have plenty of room for parking in our yard (7,000 sq foot yard) for your boat, or larger RV while you stay in the cottage.

The coastal decor of this home creates a bright and airy ambiance that helps you and your travel companions relax as soon as you walk through the door. You are finally on vacation.
The bedroom has a dreamy queen bed, a 40” Smart TV equipped with cable, a luggage rack, a full size dresser and two closets for you to unpack and feel at home right away. In one of the closets you will find a packed beach bag with beach towels and a cooler for your use. There are also two beach chairs and an umbrella for you to take to the beach. We now have 2 adult bicycles for your use, as we are 3 blocks away from the bike trails of Arlington Park!
If you're looking to spend every moment soaking up the sun, start your morning by abandoning the indoor dining table and sip your coffee at the outdoor seating area, overlooking the pool. Don’t forget to grab some breakfast in the kitchen before heading out for the day. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove top, (no oven) microwave, toaster, tea kettle and coffee maker. The kitchen is always stocked with coffee, sugars and teas. There is also a coffee grinder for your use.
Located right out your back door (literally) is outdoor space surrounded by tropical palm trees and agave plants. The evening is perfect for grabbing a glass of wine and heading out to the backyard to star gaze at the thousands of stars, in one of the seating areas while talking about the adventurous day you had. There is even a fire pit for those rare winter nights where it drops below 70. S’mores! Yum! If you fancy eating outside, there is a Weber grill and cooking utensils for you use. Grill up the perfect filet, or grill some of the fish you caught on the fishing charter you took that morning. Also never have your drinks get warm, by putting them on ice in the Tommy Bahama ice chest.
After tiring days of exploring, you’ll love spending your downtime in the inviting living room, where there is a calming blue ceiling with exposed beams and coastal mermaid decorations. Lounge on the comfortable sofa and watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV equipped with cable.
Ideal for 2 people but can easily accommodate 4. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. 635 sq feet.TV, wi-fi, A/C. Bedding, towels, pool towels, hair dryer, iron included. Beach cooler, towels and umbrella available for your use either at the backyard heated pool or one of the many beaches nearby.
Two bicycles available as well. We are 3 blocks from Arlington park, which you can walk to, or ride bikes and/or also take your dogs for a walk.
THE LOCATION
Located in a prime location that allows you to discover everything Sarasota has to offer! Enjoy easy access to Siesta Key’s pristine beaches, St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach, Downtown Sarasota’s Farmers Market, fishing, museums, shopping malls, nature preserves, botanical gardens, golf courses,. SRQ Airport, Hospitals, Arlington Park, Southside Village (stores, restaurants and bars), Nathan Benderson Park. We are also close to the quaint Amish community of Pinecraft and close to grocery stores and many wonderful restaurants.
Wanting to get out of the city for a few hours, Explore the local wildlife by driving out to Myakka State Park, 30 minutes out east to where you will see all wildlife you could imagine. Make sure to take the boat tour, and climb the tower.
The sports fan of the group will love being only 5 to 10 minutes away from the baseball stadium, where the Orioles play their spring training games.

Perfect getaway cottage

Chrissy and her husband were very accommodating! They were very friendly and helpful. The entrance is private as is the view to the back of the home. They have a very large backyard and beautifully landscaped! The home was super cute and CLEAN! Much bigger than the pictures show. It is located on a road just off the main strip. Close enough to ride the bikes or UBER/LYFT to restaurants, stores and beaches. We had a wonderful time and will be back! High recommend!!!!
