Ocean Sands 504 is a beautiful, newly renovated studio right on the white sands of Madeira Beach. Enjoy our fabulous sunsets on your private fifth floor balcony.
The recent updates include all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen along with beautiful white granite counter-tops and a flat surface cook top. The kitchen is very functional with a full-size fridge, range, over the range microwave and a dishwasher for your convenience. It also overlooks the dining/living room area and right out to the beach! The dining table seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The couch seats four and doubles as a full-sized pullout sleeper for the kids.
This condo has great entertainment for many hours outside or inside.
Inside, the HDTV is a whopping 42” with high-definition digital cable and a blue ray player. The Murphy bed in the living area is disguised, yet easily mobilized into or out of its hiding place as needed.
Madeira Beach, as well as Ocean Sands, has a lot to offer. On-site at your new resort home, you’ll find a junior Olympic size pool, a Jacuzzi, a tiki hut, a large charcoal barbeque, unique seating, shuffle board and plenty of lounge chairs and room! Madeira Beach offers its soft white sands and gorgeous sunsets for your taste of paradise. For the days not spent on the sand, there are countless places nearby to experience Madeira. John’s pass has Hooters, The Friendly Fisherman Restaurant, Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Company, unique crafty shops, Fishing, Dolphin Tours, Ghost Tours, The Florida Winery---more than enough unique shops and restaurants to spend a whole day at least!
The Ocean Sands Condos are located right on the sands of Madeira Beach, which is centrally located to St. Petersburg, John’s Pass Village, the Clearwater Beach area and Tampa Bay.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. Two week minimum stay.

Fantastic location, amazing value
Ocean Sands 504 is a comfortable, well stocked, conveniently located unit. I could not have been happier with my stay. The condo is surprisingly roomy and the furnishings are comfortable and functional. Amenities provided include all of the basics as well as a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, an ice maker, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, pool noodles). The balcony looks out over the sand and is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. The condo is also in a great location and I had no problem finding everything I needed within walking distance. It is an easy walk to the Winn Dixie, CVS, restaurants and bars. Anything outside walking distance is easily accessible using the trolley. I enjoyed an extraordinarily relaxing two weeks at this condo and I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.
