Description
We love our newly renovated 1800 sq ft home for its size and location. It is situated on a retired military base, known as Ramey Airfare Base. The base is in a safe environment within a great location near the Aguadilla Airport. The house has many home amenities including outdoor cameras for your safety, a spacious living room, Kitchen with all amenities and all energy-star appliances including dish washer and 3 stools in the breakfast nook, Dining room table which sits 4 and wine hutch, laundry room with energy-star washer and dryer. Two full size bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with new bedroom sets- Master-King, Middle room Queen and kids/adult room 2 trundle beds (sleeps up to 4 in that room), Air conditioning units in each room, and built in closets in each room.
Our neighborhood is unique because it has beaches all around. You have Surfers Beach and Crash Boat in Aguadilla, and Jobos Beach in Isabela. We also have a variety of Restaurants and Supermarkets within a mile.
You have Borinquen Airport located on Base which is about 1 mile from our home. Also car rentals are also available by the airport.
Other Things to Note:
Ramey Base is located north-west corner in Aguadilla Puerto Rico, about 1 mile from the International Borinquen Airport BQN. Aguadilla & Jobo's beaches are great locations for surfers. The North West areas offer golfing, surfing, snorkeling, scuba driving around lots of coral reefs, waterfalls, soft sanding beaches, hiking, and horseback riding.

Beautiful and spacious!
This house is completely remodeled and plenty of room (there were five of us). Everything was spotless and fresh! Beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the few neighbors we talked with were very friendly. There are six good surf spots within minutes of the house. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store also very close. Highly recommend and will definitely book again next year!

This home is AMAZING!!!!!
What can I say about this home. Let's start with the accidental call at 3am to the owner because we thought there was someone in the home, turns out we had the wrong house ( I blame the late flight, lol). This home had everything and I mean everything I needed.. I traveled with my family of four and my 72 year old dad. We all felt so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I can think of needed to cook meals. The laundry facilities were amazing, I'm home with clean clothing! YES! You know this owner put thought into stocking the home, when the master bathroom has a dryer, flat iron and curling iron! THANK YOU! Not to mention, I stayed for almost 13 days and did not have to buy toilet paper for those day! WHAT!lol The security in this house! Amazing! Location is PERFECT! I had contact with Evelyn, I believe, almost everyday and in non business hours- she replied super fast and was ALWAYS attentive of our needs. Thank you so much!! I have traveled many times to Aguadilla, I have family there, and I have stayed in many different places- I will NEVER stay anywhere else! This will be my vacation home when in Puerto Rico!.. I hope everyone that travels and stays in this home, values it's amenities, location, and host! It is a well hid gem! take care of it so that WE can all benefit from it..
