Villa Fontana is a spectacular three-level home that features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a spacious terrace with beautiful fountain views. Remodeled from top to bottom you will appreciate the clean and modern feel Villa Fontana offers. You’ll love the fully equipped kitchen with counter space overlooking the dining area, living room and the large terrace with views of the professionally landscaped grounds. The beach is walking distance! The Villa sleeps 7 in 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 3 twin beds. Villa Fontana includes AC, TV, cable, internet, beach chairs and a cooler. Villa Fontana includes one parking space.
LIVING AREAS
The Villa has a contemporary open concept layout that connects the living room, dining, kitchen and terrace. All the living areas are on the first floor of the Villa with abundant windows so you always have views of palm trees, the manicured grounds, and a very relaxing fountain. There is a flat screen TV with cable in the living room with comfortable seating for 6 adults. There is also seating for 4 adults in the lovely terrace. There is a half bathroom in this level.
BEDROOMS
The master suite has 1 king bed with a fully renovated bathroom, closet and flat screen TV for entertainment. It also has a furnished private balcony with ocean view. The 2nd bedroom has 1 tastefully appointed queen bed, closet and a full bathroom that is shared with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has 1 bunk bed with 2 twin beds and an extra twin bed. It also has closet space. Both bathrooms include complementary organic amenities and plush resort style towels. All bedrooms have AC.
KITCHEN
Villa Fontana has a very modern, clean, fully stocked and comfortable kitchen. The kitchen has counter space that is ideal for serving meals buffet style. The 4-person dining table is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen so cooking and dining can become one large social event. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, and toaster.
LOCATION
Villa Fontana is located at Villas de Playa II within Dorado del Mar, a beautiful community in Dorado Puerto Rico that is well known for its gorgeous tropical grounds and beach access. Dorado del Mar is home for the Embassy Suites by Hilton. This is a safe and gated community that is great for families and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Villa Fontana is a 40-minute drive from San Juan and the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport.
Besides enjoying the beautiful villa and all amenities on offer, there are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:
Golf at the Dorado Beach Ritz Carlton resort. Tee times can be booked online.
Explore the local culinary scene with everything from local Puerto Rican food to excellent Italian and Asian options.
Road trip to the Cerro Gordo or Dorado public beaches. Both of these are long sandy beaches which are well protected from swell and are a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Explore the Camuy Caves - a huge cave system about an hour drive away that is home to the third longest underwater river in the world.
Spend a day in Old San Juan, a 30 min drive away and the oldest city in all of the US.
AMENITIES
West Indies strives to Deliver top notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. If you are staying for more than 3 nights and the property does not have a washer and dryer we can coordinate a complimentary towel changeover, subject to availability. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs, and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 4:00pm
Check-out time is at 11:00am
Building quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbours.
Host will not pay for hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of cancelling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 7 adults/children
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged from damage deposit at a price of $20 a bath towel, $10 a face towel or bath matt, and $5 a wash towel.
