Colin’s Palm Springs Getaway is a clean and modern upstairs vacation condo in south Palm Springs. The condo is decorated with Palm Springs style and comfort, and is well-stocked with amenities to make it a perfect home away from home.
The condo is located at Palm Canyon Villas, a development known for its tall palm trees, well-maintained grounds, and a comfortable resort feel. The residents and tenants are primarily 40 and older, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. It’s a great location with:
* Four salt-water pools and four tennis courts with racquets and balls supplied
* Walking paths
* Public golf courses across the street
* Nearby hiking
* Vons and Trader Joe's grocery stores within a quarter mile
* Downtown shopping and restaurants less than ten minutes away
* Quick access to everything you would want to do in Palm Springs, the other desert cities, and Joshua Tree Park.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and features an attached bathroom and an office area with a desk and reading chair. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, comfortable for one or two people, and has its own bathroom right outside the door. The balcony patio has a table with seating for 4, with a view of the pool but set back enough to give you privacy.
For guests that like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you need to prepare a great meal. For your entertainment, there are two 42″ flat screen TV’s with HD cable programming, or choose from the DVD library and Netflix. Also included is high-speed wifi internet, phone with free calling within the USA and Canada, and a full size washer and dryer.

Great place to stay in Palm Springs!
Colin’s condo was perfect for the three of us. The location was close to everything and the pool was awesome! We had everything we needed and even some extras !! Would definitely recommend this condo! It was so nice to meet the owner Colin he gave us lots of good tips since this was our first trip to California!
