This is a two bedroom one bath newly renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, master bedroom with queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom featuring two twin sized beds, and a screened in balcony with a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, Keurig-like coffee maker & regular coffee maker, crock pot, large fridge, full stove, set of silverware, pots and pans, cups, and glasses. This unit can sleep a maximum of 4 people. There is a cozy dining area that sits four, and a very large living area with a 50" flat screen that includes an HDMI cord for your laptop and other devices, and a large leather couch for all your comfort needs. The living room includes Spectrum CABLE TV. The private balcony features four chairs and a table so you can enjoy your favorite morning cup of coffee with a beautiful view of the pool. This condo is tastily decorated and will make you feel right at home. It is located on the second floor and offers an outdoor storage space for bikes. Also complimentary coffee, towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, and paper towels are included. Wi-FI, washer & dryer are located in the condo as well. You will find beach towels, chairs, noodles, umbrella, and cooler are all included for a fun and relaxing stay.
Beach Way offers a large heated pool with a barbeque patio area, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, and Seminole Mall, a brand new shopping center, is 5 minutes away and offers many restaurants and stores.These stores are within walking distance.
Madiera Beach and Redington Beach are located 3 miles/or 5-7min away with free parking.

Great beach location.
Nice condo. Loved having the pool/grill area. The beds could have been a little more comfy. It was nice to have the cooler, and beach chairs provided!

Great Location
The condo was great, very clean. The location is five minutes to the beaches by car and had great shopping. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative I had was that the bed only had one mattress.
