Good location, all the essentials

We had a nice time in Scott’s place. The apartment is all you need for a few days away without the frills. Scott was very knowledgeable of the area and available if needed. The apartment was clean and very accessible to points of interest.

Fantastic location and a great space.

This spot was a perfect option to be super close but not in the middle of too much so some privacy but proximity to everything. The Robert grocery across the street is like a Whole Foods, everything you might need. Kitchen was more than sufficient, cups, plates and cookware if you want it. Little microwave, two burner electric stove, coffee maker and a fridge. No toaster but use a pan and toast, bagels or whatever are still totally doable. There is a blowdryer! So no need to waste valuable luggage space bringing one. The patio is super cute, and the kitty Collette will probably stop by to say hi. Corner bar, Mag's 940, is welcoming and felt like home to us SF girls. Scott was amazing. Something was wonky with the lock and not only did he fix it immediately but he brought the keys to me at the bar so i didn't have to worry. Our flight left late and he let us leave luggage so we could wander without dragging baggage. Overall this was one of the best VRBO/Air BNB experiences I have had. Huge thank you to Scott. My next trip to NOLA I will absolutely stay with him again.

Brilliant stay loved it.

Scott is a fantastic owner. You will enjoy your stay at this property. The condo is lovely in a great location. Will stay here again. I have stayed at many places in New Orleans this has been one of the best experiences. Book with confidence.

Proximity to Quarter fantastic

We loved that this place was within walking distance of both the Frenchman/Burgundy areas (which are flourishing now), as well as the Quarter. Scott is an excellent host, w/ plenty of suggestions for food, drinks, shopping, etc. The shared courtyard was great and we enjoyed getting to know Scott there one night on our trip. This place is great for those that plan to be out and about on their entire vacation. If one were being nit-picky, and this is extremely nit-picky, the bathroom in this unit could use some updating/repairs (it is functional and lovely all the same). We plan to book w/ Scott on our future visits to NOLA.

Lovely NOLA apartment!

Great location! The owner is really personable and helpful. Being able to spend time in the courtyard really made our stay very relaxing. Convenient to be near the street car line. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit NOLA!

Perfect location!

This charming and quaint space was walking or biking distance from the French Quarter and Frenchman street. It was also on the trolly line and 3 minutes away from Loretta's beignets and Gene's poboys. We were so happy with the space and the recommendations we received from the host.

Great apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Scott's apartment. Pictures on the wall, the furnishings, and paint color gives the apt a warm feeling. We've stayed at other places with no pictures and white walls which makes the place feel rather sterile and cold. Unfortunately it was too hot to use the outdoor patio but it's a nice spot on a cooler day. The location was very close to Frenchmen St. We enjoy the clubs here more than on Bourbon St. We spent a fun afternoon at Mags 940 a block away. Scott responded right away to all of our inquiries. We hope to be back again!

Nice central and cosy apartment

Scott was a wonderful host for this apartment which is located steps from Frenchmen St and the heart of the Marigny. It's just half a block from the St Claude streetcar as well. There's a nice courtyard in the back to enjoy coffee or cocktails. Perfect place for those on a budget.

Wonderful stay

The accommodations and Scott was great!, Location was accessible to the transportation street car and city bus line to the French Quarters.

Wonderful property, great location, close to everything

I could not have picked a more ideal property. Scott the owner was wonderful. He gave us a brief history of the city when we first arrived that was fantastic The property location was perfect. We were across the street from a food market, a half block from the trolley. There was a drug store, a small eatery and a bar only a couple houses from the location and Frenchmen Street was less than a five minute walk away. There was a lovely private court yard where we eat our morning breakfast. I would high recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in New Orleans.

very conveinent, very good host

I think it is a good spot, good value. Scott is great. Only recommendation is to modernize the shower a bit.
